VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date is clearly stated on each voucher.

Vouchers are redeemable for food and beverage and must be presented at the time of use.

Vouchers cannot be extended, reissued, or redeemed after the expiry date. We recommend redeeming well before expiry to avoid disappointment.

All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance and noting voucher use at the time of reservation.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are for a 1 time use only. If the full value is not used in a single visit, the remaining balance CAN NOT be applied to future visits

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, not refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Mezzalira is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of vouchers.

Mezzalira reserves the right to refuse any voucher that does not match our registration documents, or has been recorded as previously redeemed.

Promotional or bonus vouchers (if issued) may carry different validity periods and conditions, which will be stated on the voucher.

Mezzalira observes an annual seasonal closure from 24 December to 15 January. Guests are encouraged to consider this period when planning reservations and redeeming vouchers.

In exceptional circumstances, management may consider requests at its discretion. Any such decision does not set a precedent.

We encourage redemption well before expiry — extensions are not available
